Job Responsibility:
Manage employee relations to ensure a harmonious and productive work environment
Oversee onboarding processes for new hires, ensuring a smooth transition into the organization
Administer benefits programs, providing guidance and support to employees
Ensure compliance with all applicable labor laws and company policies
Maintain and update HR systems to accurately reflect employee data
Support payroll processes by coordinating with relevant departments
Handle general HR tasks, including performance management and training initiatives
Collaborate with leadership to implement HR strategies that align with organizational goals
Provide guidance and solutions to address HR-related challenges
Foster communication and engagement across all levels of the organization
Requirements:
Proven experience in employee relations and HR administration
Strong knowledge of benefits management and compliance requirements
Proficiency in HRIS systems and other HR tools
Experience in onboarding processes and integrating new team members
Excellent organizational and communication skills
Problem-solving skills and the ability to address workplace challenges effectively
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field preferred
