We are seeking an Human Resources Manager to lead HRIS strategy, HR operations, compliance, and digital transformation. This highly visible role partners with HR and business leaders to build scalable systems, improve processes, and enhance the employee experience.
Job Responsibility:
Lead the HR Operations, reporting, and compliance
Oversee HR technology systems across HCM, Recruiting, Compensation, Benefits, LMS, Performance, and Talent Management
Improve automation, streamline workflows, and reduce manual processes
Partner with HR, IT, and business leaders to design and execute HR technology roadmaps
Ensure strong data governance, accuracy, and policy compliance
Manage payroll/shared services functions, ensuring efficiency and positive employee experience
Oversee compliance reporting (EEO-1, I-9 audits, DOL filings, census reports)
Drive continuous improvement and operational excellence in people operations
Requirements:
MediClear or equivalent HIPAA compliance certification (required)
2+ years leadership experience managing direct reports or cross-functional teams
Strong communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills
Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business, IT, or related field preferred
Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
