The HR Manager will serve as a strategic partner to leadership while managing day-to-day HR operations, including employee relations, recruitment, compliance, benefits, and payroll. Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business, or related field (or equivalent experience)
5+ years of HR generalist or management experience, preferably in a manufacturing or industrial environment
Working knowledge of payroll processing (ADP, Paychex, or similar systems)
Strong understanding of California labor laws and HR best practices
Excellent communication, problem-solving, and interpersonal skills
Ability to work on-site and engage directly with staff across all departments
