We are looking for a dedicated Human Resources (HR) Manager to lead and oversee critical HR functions within our organization. Based in Fontana, California, this role requires a strategic thinker who can manage recruitment, employee relations, compliance, and performance management while ensuring alignment with organizational goals. The ideal candidate is passionate about creating a positive workplace culture and driving process improvements.
Job Responsibility:
Lead the recruitment process, including sourcing, interviewing, and onboarding new employees to ensure a seamless experience
Develop and enforce HR policies and procedures that comply with federal, state, and local regulations
Administer employee benefits programs, ensuring accuracy and timely execution
Conduct analysis of HR data to identify trends and recommend actionable improvements
Partner with department leaders to design and implement effective training programs
Oversee employee performance evaluations, providing guidance to managers on performance-related issues
Address employee relations matters, including conflict resolution and investigations
Ensure adherence to safety regulations and manage safety training initiatives
Provide counsel to employees and managers on HR policies, practices, and procedures
Prepare and present detailed HR reports for senior management review
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or a related field
Minimum of 5 years of experience in HR management
Strong expertise in HRIS systems and their applications
Exceptional skills in data analysis and interpreting HR metrics
Proven track record in leading process improvement initiatives
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills to build strong relationships across all organizational levels
Experience in conducting interviews and making strategic hiring decisions
