We are seeking an experienced Human Resources Manager to lead and execute our talent acquisition strategy and oversee the full employee lifecycle, from recruitment through onboarding and retention. This is a high-impact leadership role responsible for building a sustainable talent pipeline aligned with our long-term workforce strategy.
Job Responsibility:
Lead and manage the full recruitment lifecycle: job postings, sourcing, screening, interviewing, background checks, offer development, onboarding, retention initiatives, and offboarding
Develop and execute a strategic talent acquisition plan to support current and future workforce needs
Build and maintain a robust talent pipeline to support succession planning and workforce sustainability
Oversee performance management, stay interviews, and retention strategies
Utilize HRIS and workforce metrics to analyze staffing trends, turnover, and recruitment effectiveness
Ensure compliance with FMLA, ADA, OSHA, workers’ compensation, unemployment claims, and employment law
Advise and train leadership on best practices in employee relations and performance management
Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree required
4+ years of progressive HR experience (2+ years in talent acquisition preferred)
Strong knowledge of federal and state employment laws
SHRM-CP or PHR certification preferred
Experience managing HRIS and workforce analytics
