We are looking for an experienced Human Resources Manager to join our team on a temporary to long term basis in Boise, Idaho. In this role, you will oversee various HR functions, including employee relations, recruiting, benefits administration, and payroll management, ensuring smooth operations and compliance with organizational policies. Job Responsibility:
Manage employee relations by addressing concerns, resolving conflicts, and fostering a positive workplace environment
Oversee human resources administration tasks, including maintaining records, coordinating onboarding, and ensuring compliance with company policies
Administer benefits programs and processes, ensuring employees understand and utilize available resources effectively
Supervise payroll operations and ensure accurate and timely processing in alignment with organizational standards
Utilize HRIS systems, such as Paylocity, to manage employee information and streamline HR processes
Develop and oversee contracts related to HR services, ensuring adherence to legal and organizational requirements
Coordinate leave administration, ensuring proper documentation and compliance with applicable laws
Implement and maintain onboarding processes to ensure new hires have a seamless integration into the company
Advise on and execute HR strategies to align with organizational goals and workforce needs
Requirements:
Proven experience in human resources management, including employee relations and benefits administration
Strong knowledge of HRIS systems, particularly Paylocity, and their application in HR operations
Expertise in payroll management and ensuring compliance with relevant regulations
Ability to manage contracts and ensure adherence to legal standards
Familiarity with leave administration processes and applicable laws
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for effective employee engagement
Strong organizational abilities to handle multiple HR functions simultaneously
