The HR Manager will partner with the leadership team to understand and execute the organization’s human resource strategy. They will lead and direct the functions of the HR department related to recruitment and talent acquisition, training and talent development, and employee relations.
Job Responsibility:
Leads and executes the organization’s talent strategy as it relates to current and future needs, recruiting, retention, and succession planning
Partner with office managers and sector leaders to develop creative sourcing strategies and build strong candidate pipelines
Plan and lead college career fairs, including logistics, collateral preparation, booth setup, and staffing
Provide an exceptional candidate experience through timely, transparent communication
Collaborate with Marketing on employment branding initiatives
Track, analyze, and report recruiting metrics to optimize hiring outcomes
Analyzes trends in compensation and benefits
researches and proposes competitive pay programs
Work with HR team members, leaders, and subject matter experts to identify employee development needs and organization-wide learning initiatives
Design, implement, and sustain training programs using classroom and virtual learning formats
Creates learning and development programs to provide internal development opportunities for employees, including leadership development
Build strong, consultative relationships with employees and leaders across the organization
Support employee retention efforts by contributing to development plans and engagement strategies
Maintain strict confidentiality while addressing employee concerns, providing guidance, and supporting positive employee relations practices
Promote consistency, fairness, and alignment with organizational policies and culture
Assist with broader HR projects, initiatives, and responsibilities as assigned
Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree required in human resources, business administration or related field (or equivalent experience)
HR Certification a plus (SHRM-CP, SHRM-SCP)
5+ years of experience in recruitment, training, employee relations, or combined HR functions preferred
Demonstrated success using sourcing tools and strategies to proactively build candidate pipelines
Strong written, verbal, and presentation skills
ability to communicate professionally across all levels
Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office products
High attention to detail, strong organizational skills, and ability to manage multiple priorities
Positive teamwork orientation
self-motivated and able to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
Ability to work with confidential information with discretion
Working Genius Certification preferred
Valid Driver’s License and good driving record
Nice to have:
