Job Description

Robert Half is searching for an experienced Human Resources Manager to join a growing and reputable team and drive impactful HR initiatives.

Job Responsibility

  • Oversee all aspects of the HR function, including employee relations, performance management, compliance, benefits administration, and recruitment
  • Develop and implement policies, programs, and procedures that support business objectives and ensure legal compliance
  • Manage the full employee lifecycle from onboarding through offboarding, providing guidance and support to staff and leadership
  • Coach, develop, and partner with management on workforce planning, employee engagement, and retention strategies
  • Lead and manage HRIS processes and ensure data accuracy
  • Stay abreast of industry trends, legislative changes, and best practices to ensure policies and processes remain current
  • Foster a diverse, inclusive, and positive culture that champions innovation, accountability, and continuous learning
  • Coordinate and administer benefits programs, including leave management and open enrollment
  • Drive HR projects and initiatives, including training, organizational development, and process improvement

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
  • HR certification (PHR, SPHR, SHRM-CP/SHRM-SCP) a plus
  • 5+ years of progressive human resources experience
  • previous HR management experience strongly preferred
  • Solid knowledge of employment legislation, HR best practices, and workplace compliance
  • Strong critical thinking and problem-solving skills, with an ability to adapt and drive change in a dynamic environment
  • Exceptional communication, emotional intelligence, and interpersonal abilities
  • Effective project management skills and experience with HRIS platforms such as Workday
  • Commitment to confidentiality, integrity, and ethical standards

  • Build and maintain business relationships by understanding strategic objectives, participating in key meetings, and delivering consultative HR support
