We are looking for a “Human Resources Manager” with the following qualifications to work in the our global business partner operating in the manufacturing sector.
Job Responsibility:
Ensure the implementation of HR strategies in line with group policies and local regulations
Lead organizational structure updates, job description revisions, and headcount planning processes
Manage the end-to-end recruitment process for white- and blue-collar positions
Conduct training needs analysis, prepare annual training plans, and monitor implementation
Oversee performance evaluation and talent management processes
Coordinate and supervise the outsourced payroll and personnel administration activities
Ensure compliance and follow-up of occupational health and safety processes
Prepare periodic HR reports and present them to top management
Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Industrial Engineering, or related fields
Minimum 8 years of experience in Human Resources management
Strong knowledge and experience in organizational design, recruitment, training development, performance and talent management
Experience in coordinating and monitoring outsourced payroll operations
Familiar with occupational health and safety (OHS) processes and follow-up of related actions
Excellent leadership, communication, and planning skills
Advanced level of English, (both written and spoken)
