Job Responsibility:

Act as a strategic partner and culture champion
Bring inclusive, values-led ethos to life across the organisation
Manage a small team
Support delivering People Strategy
Requirements:
CIPD Level 5 or a coaching, wellbeing, engagement or inclusion qualification (or equivalent knowledge)
Current experience of frameworks and strategies
Strong understanding of equality, diversity and inclusion (including legislation and best practice)
Honed communication skills to produce high quality written content
Digitally literate
Excellent networking and collaboration skills
Confident analysing data and using insights to drive decisions
