Job Description:

The HR Management Associate (HRMA) Program is a global leadership development program for MBAs and MA’s designed to create a pipeline of future Human Resources leaders with experience in multiple Human Resources disciplines. The 24-month rotational program provides the opportunity for HRMA participants to contribute to multiple Human Resources disciplines and maximize development opportunities, accelerate learning and allow HRMAs to quickly contribute to Citi Human Resources priorities.

Job Responsibility:

  • Broaden skill sets, develop analytical skills, increase knowledge in different disciplines, build professional networks and leadership capabilities
  • Contribute to HR priorities by gaining experiences through rotations and placements
  • Work closely with management teams and add value to Citi through various responsibilities

Requirements:

  • Pursuing an MBA or Master’s degree and will graduate between December 2025 and June 2026
  • 3-5 years of full-time professional work experience
  • GPA of 3.3 or above preferred
  • Enthusiasm to learn about the wide range of roles within HR
  • Positive attitude and work ethic
  • Ability to work independently and in a team environment
  • Resiliency to work in a challenging and changing, high volume, fast-paced environment
  • Commitment to maintain confidentiality and appropriately handle sensitive information with tact, discretion, and integrity
  • Ability to think globally, creatively, and to be innovative
  • Ability to maintain a sense of urgency and execute quickly and efficiently
  • Strong interpersonal and relationship-building skills
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Detail oriented with a high level of accuracy and time management skills
  • Advanced MS Word, Access, Excel, and PowerPoint skills
  • Ability to relocate domestically and/or globally
  • Strong communication skills (both written and verbal) at all organizational levels
  • Ability to present information in a clear, creative, and persuasive manner
  • Demonstrated organizational skills and ability to work in high pressure deadline environment
