Job Responsibility
Perform a variety of job assignments to develop key skills and gain a working knowledge of the organization
Attend classroom training, self-study assignments, workshops, networking, and other events
Participate in or provide support for low complexity initiatives within functional area
Review basic or tactical issues, policies or procedures for which answers can be quickly obtained related to low-risk tasks and deliverables with narrower impact
Receive direction from supervisor and exercise judgment within defined parameters while developing understanding of the function, policies, procedures, and compliance requirements

Requirements
6+ months of work experience, or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of the following: work experience, training, military experience, education
Currently pursuing a bachelor’s degree with an expected graduation date between December 2027 – June 2028 in the fields of Human Resources Management, Business, Finance, Organizational Psychology, or Analytics. All majors are welcome
Strong critical thinking and data analysis skills, with the ability to generate insights, learn quickly, adapt to change, and support innovative HR solutions
Familiarity with AI‑powered productivity tools (such as chat‑based assistants and built‑in features like Microsoft Copilot) to support everyday tasks including research, organizing information, and creating presentations with a strong interest in learning and using these tools responsibly
Ability to execute with urgency, support business reporting, project coordination, and solution delivery, and contribute to operational excellence with an enterprise mindset
Strong communication and stakeholder relationship skills, with the ability to foster an inclusive environment and actively seek and apply feedback to support effective HR collaboration
Strong business acumen and service orientation, with the ability to understand HR needs and support solutions that deliver a positive employee and business impact
Ability to act with integrity, apply HR policies and compliance requirements, and support effective risk controls to maintain well-managed and compliant HR operations
