The HR Intern supports day-to-day Human Resources activities, gaining hands-on experience while contributing to key HR processes. This role is designed to provide learning opportunities and practical exposure within the GBS environment, supporting areas such as employee benefits administration, onboarding and offboarding processes, employee engagement initiatives, training coordination, and general HR operations.
Job Responsibility:
Support the administration and update of employee benefits information, ensuring accurate records and assisting with employee inquiries
Assist the Talent Acquisition team with recruitment processes, including interview coordination, candidate tracking, and onboarding preparation
Support organizational culture and engagement initiatives, including follow-up actions related to internal surveys (e.g., BPTW, MSC)
Assist in the execution of onboarding and offboarding activities, ensuring documentation is completed and employees have a positive experience
Support HR committees and employee wellness initiatives through coordination, communication, and logistical support
Assist with the administration and communication of recognition and engagement programs within GBS
Help track HR activities, reports, and ongoing projects, supporting continuous improvement initiatives within the HRBP team
Perform general administrative HR tasks and support special projects as assigned
Requirements:
Currently enrolled in a bachelor’s degree in business administration with Human Resources, Psychology, Industrial Engineering, or a related field (minimum 50–75% of coursework completed, depending on university requirements)
Availability to work according to the company’s telecommuting policy
English level B1 or higher
Basic to intermediate proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word)
Strong willingness to learn and develop professional skills
Good communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to organize tasks and manage time effectively
Proactive attitude and openness to feedback
Ability to work both independently and as part of a team
