Job Responsibility:
Manage end-to-end recruitment, including job postings, resume screening, conducting interviews, and coordinating hiring processes
Facilitate a smooth onboarding process by handling documentation, conducting orientation, and ensuring new hire integration
Maintain and update employee records, HR databases, and ensure compliance with company policies
Address employee queries related to HR policies, payroll, and benefits while ensuring a positive employee experience
Assist in performance evaluation processes, coordinating feedback collection, and supporting employee development initiatives
Organize employee engagement programs, team-building activities, and culture-enhancing initiatives
Prepare HR reports, analyze workforce trends, and contribute to process improvement strategies
Support HR compliance by ensuring adherence to labor laws, company policies, and statutory regulations
Leverage HR technology and automation tools to streamline HR processes and improve efficiency
Collaborate with HR leadership to develop and implement strategies that enhance overall HR operations
Requirements:
Excellent verbal and written communication skills, confidence, and a proactive approach
Strong analytical and logical thinking abilities for problem-solving and decision-making
Good organizational and time management skills to handle multiple HR responsibilities efficiently
Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive employee data with discretion
