Are you passionate about Human Resources and eager to gain real-world experience? Join Weis Builders as an HR Intern for Summer 2026! This hands-on internship offers an exciting opportunity to work on impactful projects, learn the core functions of HR, and contribute to a growing organization.

Job Responsibility:

  • Learning the Foundations of HR: Gain exposure to core HR functions, including recruitment, onboarding, benefits, employee relations, and compliance
  • Project Work: Assist with strategic HR projects, such as employee engagement initiatives, policy updates, wellness programs, and HR data analysis
  • Event Coordination: Support planning and execution of employee events, training sessions, and recognition programs
  • Process Improvements: Help evaluate and improve existing HR workflows and processes
  • HR Systems: Learn how to navigate and utilize HRIS platforms effectively
  • Support Across Teams: Collaborate with HR team members on various day-to-day tasks and priorities

Requirements:

  • Current enrollment in a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree program in Human Resources, Business, or a related field
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills
  • A proactive and detail-oriented approach to tasks
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
  • A desire to learn and contribute to a dynamic team
