This internship will offer practical experience across core HR functions at a lean, global organization, contributing to the policies, processes, and programs that shape how FS-ISAC attracts, develops, and supports its people.
Job Responsibility:
Support the design and delivery of programs that enhance culture, performance, and employee engagement
Contribute to projects that support organizational growth, process improvement, operational effectiveness, and talent management priorities
Assist with the review and updating of HR policies, programs, and employee-facing materials
Contribute to talent and onboarding initiatives, including process design and coordination
Conduct benchmarking and research to inform HR policy and program decisions
Present work and findings to senior leadership at the end of the program
Requirements:
Must be a rising junior or senior currently enrolled in an accredited undergraduate program, with a concentration in human resources, business administration, organizational psychology, or a closely related discipline
Strong interest in human resources, employee experience, talent management, and/or business operations
Excellent written and verbal communication skills with strong attention to detail
Demonstrated professionalism, discretion, and ability to handle confidential information
