The Human Resources Intern will support the HR team in recruitment, C&B administration, learning & development, and employer branding activities. This role provides direct exposure to end-to-end HR operations and employee engagement.
Job Responsibility:
Support talent acquisition activities: sourcing, scheduling, assessment coordination
Assist with C&B, L&D, and HR administrative processes
Analyze recruitment data and generate periodic reports
Support employer branding activities and internal engagement events
Assist in improving HR processes to ensure smooth operations
Requirements:
3rd to 4th-year student in Human Resources Management, Business, or related fields
Strong interpersonal and communication skills
Detail-oriented with good organizational ability
Confident in MS Office
