Human Resources Intern

• Assist with recruitment, onboarding, and scheduling of event staff and NPO volunteers for football games and large events
• Support coordination between HR and Operations to ensure all shifts are properly staffed
• Help develop and execute employee engagement strategies that foster a positive and inclusive work culture during events
• Track attendance, performance, and engagement metrics for event staff and NPO groups
• Assist in managing communication and logistics for NPO group participation in food and beverage operations
• Help ensure compliance with labor regulations and internal HR policies
• Support training sessions on customer service, food safety, and event day procedures
• Provide on site-supporting during events to help with HR needs, including check-ins, issue resolution, and morale boosting activities
• Assist in post-event reporting and feedback collection to identify areas for improvement

• Currently pursuing a degree in Human Resources, Business Administration or a related field
• Strong interest in HR operations, employee engagement, and event management
• Excellent organizational communication and communication skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, team oriented environment
• Available to work weekends and evenings during major college events and football games

Experience working with non-profits, in food and beverage or in event staffing is a plus

• Hands on experience in HR operations, staffing, and event management
• Exposure to working with nonprofit partners and large scale event logistics
