Job Responsibility:
Support our HR operations by managing administrative tasks such as documentation, filing, and accurate record maintenance
Assist us with compliance-related activities, including stamp duty processing and verification of required documents, ensuring smooth and timely completion
Contribute to our employee engagement and well-being initiatives by helping plan and deliver activities that improve workplace experience
Develop practical knowledge of the employee lifecycle by supporting us with onboarding, offboarding, and various HR process touchpoints
Participate in our ambitious HR projects and learning opportunities, including training coordination, project support, and continuous improvement initiatives
Help us create and support HR communication materials, including content for internal platforms and occasional external visibility (e.g., social media or newsletters)
Requirements:
A student or recent graduate curious about people, business, and how careers are built
A solid communicator who enjoys connecting with others and building rapport
Organized and diligent, with the flexibility to adapt to changes
Comfortable with Microsoft Office
Nice to have:
