We’re looking for a proactive and detail-oriented HR Intern to join our People Success team in Oxford for a 12 month fixed term internship. This is an exciting opportunity to gain hands-on experience across the full employee lifecycle while working in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.
Job Responsibility:
Support HR administration across the full employee lifecycle
Maintain accurate employee records and HR systems
Assist with interview scheduling and candidate coordination
Carry out background checks and onboarding documentation
Support employee inductions and liaise with line managers
Draft HR correspondence (e.g. promotions, role changes, payroll inputs)
Assist with monthly payroll data collation
Prepare and manage HR communications (emails, letters, calendar invites)
Support performance review and objective-setting processes
Help organise internal events and employee engagement initiatives
Ensure HR data accuracy and compliance with audit standards
Provide general administrative support as needed
Requirements:
Passionate about HR, Talent Acquisition, or People Operations
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Highly organised with excellent attention to detail
Confident coordinating tasks and working with multiple stakeholders
Proficient in Microsoft Office
Able to work independently and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment
Discreet and professional when handling confidential information
