Job Description

College/University Graduate hires undergoing a specific training and development path. Four-year university students working in a non-technical internship role during their study or in summer breaks between university semesters.

Job Responsibility

  • Talent Project Management: Collaborate with HR professionals to design and implement talent-related projects
  • Data Analysis & Reporting: Support the collection and analysis of data related to career development and internal mobility initiatives
  • Stakeholder Coordination: Work closely with team members, department heads, and other stakeholders
  • Communications & Program Promotion: Assist in creating communication materials for talent programs
  • Continuous Improvement: Participate in evaluating and refining talent development and internal mobility programs

Requirements

  • Pursuing a Bachelor's in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
  • Strong interest in general program management in the areas of talent management, learning and development and/or performance management
  • Exceptional organizational and multitasking abilities with attention to detail
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills
  • Analytical mindset with the ability to handle and interpret HR data
  • Team player with a proactive approach to problem-solving
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word)
  • Eagerness to learn about HR program management and talent strategies

  • Having full oversight and provide guidance on Marriott’s online HR system and database to maintain accuracy and adherence of our human capital process

  • Support internal HR communications on webinar sessions, developing manuals, creating presentations and generating reports
