Job Responsibility

  • Assist with daily administration and maintain knowledge base materials
  • Analyze workflows, automate routine tasks, and document enhancements using enterprise AI
  • Perform data validation and ensure global data accuracy
  • Plan HRIS activities, document meetings, and track action items
  • Create process flows, guides, and FAQs for HR and employee users
  • Support privacy standards, including GDPR, and assist with role-based permissions

Requirements

  • Current college students pursuing degrees in Human Resources, Information Systems, Business, Data Analytics, Computer Science, or related fields
  • Detail-oriented, curious, and proactive learners with a passion for technology and problem-solving
