Job Responsibility:
Assist with daily administration and maintain knowledge base materials
Analyze workflows, automate routine tasks, and document enhancements using enterprise AI
Perform data validation and ensure global data accuracy
Plan HRIS activities, document meetings, and track action items
Create process flows, guides, and FAQs for HR and employee users
Support privacy standards, including GDPR, and assist with role-based permissions
Requirements:
Current college students pursuing degrees in Human Resources, Information Systems, Business, Data Analytics, Computer Science, or related fields
Detail-oriented, curious, and proactive learners with a passion for technology and problem-solving
Team players eager to work in a global environment and make a meaningful impact
Must be eligible to work in the U.S. without sponsorship
