Job Description

Analyze, configure, and enhance Human Resources Information Systems (HRIS) and HRIS technologies, including SAP SuccessFactors, Oracle HCM, Structured Query Language (SQL), Power BI; Power Automate, KABA, and ADP payroll systems. Collaborate with Human Resources and Information Technology (Systems) Departments to plan and implement system upgrades and integrations. Automate business processes using Microsoft Excel Macros, Visual Basic for Applications (VBA), INDEX-MATCH, advanced filtering, and chart creation, to support/improve workflow efficiency. Leverage subject matter expertise in HRIS and lead, coordinate, and support internal and external audits in International Automotive Task Force (IATF) 16949 Quality Management Systems (QMS), Occupational Safety Health Administration (OSHA), International Standards Organization (ISO) 14001, and OEM vehicle maker customer-specific technical standards and requirements pertinent to human resources.

Requirements

  • Bachelor, Information Systems or Technology, Work or Industrial Organizational Psychology, or related.
  • Twenty-four months' experience as Analyst, Consultant, Coordinator, Specialist, or related, automating business processes using Excel Macros, VBA, INDEX-MATCH, advanced filtering, and chart creation, to support and improve workflow efficiency, or related.
