We are inviting applications for a Human Resources / Inclusion Manager position in the heart of SAN FRANCISCO, California. You will be instrumental in developing and implementing diversity and inclusion strategies, maintaining a culturally competent work environment, and aligning workforce practices with our organization's values.

Job Responsibility:

  • designing and implementing organization-wide diversity and inclusion strategies in collaboration with key stakeholders
  • working closely with the Director of Human Resources and EDI to integrate inclusive practices across all departments
  • ensuring compliance with HR policies and laws
  • overseeing employee relations and resolving any arising issues
  • managing all aspects of the hiring process, from job posting to onboarding
  • developing and implementing performance management systems
  • utilizing ADP - Payroll for effective payroll management
  • communicating effectively with all levels of the organization to promote a positive work environment

Requirements:

  • 5 years’ experience working with organizational diversity and inclusion initiatives
  • required experience with/understanding of employment/management practices through an EDI lens
  • experience developing, implementing, and measuring EDI and employee engagement strategies and initiatives
  • ability to perform Benefit Functions effectively
  • excellent communication skills
