We are looking for an experienced Human Resources (HR) Manager to join our team in Plano, Texas. In this role, you will oversee key HR functions, ensuring smooth operations in areas such as employee relations, benefits administration, and recruitment. Job Responsibility:
Manage and resolve employee relations issues, fostering a positive and productive workplace environment
Develop and oversee HR policies and procedures, ensuring compliance with local, state, and federal regulations
Administer employee benefits programs, including enrollment, communication, and troubleshooting
Maintain and utilize HRIS systems to manage employee records and streamline HR processes
Lead onboarding activities to ensure new hires are integrated effectively into the organization
Oversee corporate recruitment efforts, including sourcing, interviewing, and hiring top talent
Provide guidance and support to managers and employees on HR-related matters
Analyze HR metrics to identify trends and areas for improvement in workforce management
Coordinate training and development programs to enhance employee skills and performance
Requirements:
Minimum of 5 years of experience in human resources management or related roles
HR certification required
PEO experience highly preferred
Strong background in People Operations and HR Administration
Experience with HRIS and ATS platforms
Strong knowledge of HR compliance and employment law
Excellent communication, organization, and employee relations skills
