Job Description

We are looking for an experienced Human Resources (HR) Manager to guide people operations and administrative functions for a multi-line business environment in Flushing, New York. This position works closely with senior leaders to strengthen organizational structure, support business goals, and foster a workplace that values compliance, accountability, and employee engagement. The role combines strategic planning with day-to-day execution across HR programs, office administration, and risk oversight.

Job Responsibility

Requirements

  • Demonstrated experience in a Human Resources leadership role with responsibility for both strategic planning and daily HR operations
  • Strong working knowledge of New York labor law and general employment compliance requirements
  • Background in employee relations, including handling sensitive workplace issues with professionalism and sound judgment
  • Experience with HR administration, benefits coordination, onboarding, and policy management
  • Familiarity with HRIS platforms and the ability to maintain accurate employee data and reporting
  • Proven ability to partner with senior leadership on workforce planning, budgeting discussions, and organizational development initiatives
