Job Responsibility:
Lead comprehensive HR operations, including recruitment, onboarding, and employee relations
Develop and implement HR policies and procedures to align with organizational goals
Serve as a trusted advisor to management and employees on HR-related matters
Manage sensitive employee issues with discretion and professionalism
Coordinate employee training programs to support development and compliance
Oversee performance management processes and provide guidance to managers
Ensure compliance with labor laws and regulations
Collaborate with leadership to drive initiatives that enhance workplace culture
Maintain accurate HR records and generate reports to support decision-making

Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
Minimum of 5 years of experience in HR management or a similar role
Strong expertise in employee relations and HR administration
Proven ability to manage onboarding processes effectively
Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
High level of discretion and professionalism in handling confidential information
Proficiency in Microsoft Office and HR management systems
