This individual will be responsible for managing day-to-day HR functions, supporting employee relations, ensuring compliance with employment regulations, and overseeing payroll administration and processing.
Job Responsibility:
Manage daily HR operations including employee relations, performance management, onboarding, and policy administration
Oversee full-cycle recruitment efforts, including sourcing, interviewing, and hiring coordination
Administer employee benefits, leave programs, and HRIS records management
Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local employment laws and internal company policies
Support leadership with organizational planning, workforce development, and employee engagement initiatives
Handle employee coaching, conflict resolution, and performance-related matters
Maintain and update employee handbooks, policies, and HR documentation
Coordinate new hire onboarding and employee training initiatives
Prepare HR-related reporting, metrics, and workforce analytics
Oversee and process recurring payroll cycles accurately and on time
Maintain payroll records, deductions, garnishments, and tax-related information
Coordinate with finance/accounting regarding payroll reconciliations and reporting
Ensure payroll compliance with applicable wage and hour regulations
Address employee payroll questions and resolve discrepancies as needed
Requirements:
Experience managing human resources functions in a business environment.
