We are looking for an experienced Human Resources (HR) Manager to join our team on a contract basis in New Castle, Delaware. In this role, you will oversee key HR functions, including employee relations, benefits management, and onboarding processes. This position offers the opportunity to contribute to the development of HR policies and procedures while ensuring compliance with organizational standards.
Job Responsibility:
Manage employee relations by addressing workplace issues and fostering a positive work environment
Oversee HR administrative tasks such as record-keeping and compliance with employment laws
Coordinate benefit programs and ensure employees understand available options
Lead onboarding processes to integrate new hires effectively into the organization
Develop and implement HR policies, procedures, and handbooks to streamline operations
Utilize HR software and systems to enhance efficiency and data management
Collaborate with leadership to plan and execute HR strategies that align with company goals
Provide guidance and support in performance management and employee development
Conduct training sessions to ensure staff are informed about HR-related policies and practices
Requirements:
Proven experience in human resources management, including employee relations and benefits administration
Strong knowledge of HR policies, procedures, and relevant employment laws
Proficiency in HR software and systems for data management and reporting
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to handle sensitive issues effectively
Ability to develop and implement HR strategies that align with organizational objectives
Experience with onboarding processes and staff training
Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills to manage multiple HR functions
Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field preferred
