Our client is seeking an experienced and strategic HR Manager to oversee day-to-day human resources operations and support a positive, compliant, and high-performing workplace. This role is ideal for a hands-on HR professional who can balance employee support, policy administration, compliance, and operational leadership in a dynamic environment.
Job Responsibility
Manage daily HR operations, including employee relations, performance management, onboarding, offboarding, and policy administration
Oversee benefits administration, leave management, and employee records to ensure accuracy and compliance
Partner with leadership on workforce planning, talent acquisition, and organizational development initiatives
Provide guidance to managers and employees on HR policies, procedures, and best practices
Support compliance with federal, state, and local employment laws and internal policies
Maintain HRIS data, reporting, and documentation, ensuring confidentiality and data integrity
Assist with employee engagement, training, and performance review processes
Help develop and implement HR programs, procedures, and process improvements
Support investigations, conflict resolution, and other employee relations matters as needed
Prepare HR reports and support special projects related to people operations
Requirements
5+ years of human resources experience, including experience in a generalist or management-level role
Strong knowledge of employee relations, compliance, performance management, and HR operations
Experience with HRIS platforms and proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
Excellent communication, leadership, organizational, and problem-solving skills
Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with professionalism and discretion
Proven ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
Nice to have
Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field preferred
HR certification such as PHR, SHRM-CP, or SHRM-SCP is a plus
Experience supporting a growing organization or multi-state workforce preferred
