We are looking for an experienced Human Resources (HR) Manager to join our team in Fort Collins, Colorado. This role is ideal for an individual with a strong background in employee relations, HR administration, and benefits management. The successful candidate will play a pivotal role in ensuring efficient HR operations and fostering a positive workplace culture.

Job Responsibility

  • Oversee daily HR operations, including employee relations, benefits administration, and compliance with labor laws
  • Manage the onboarding process to ensure new hires transition smoothly into the organization
  • Administer and maintain HRIS systems to ensure accurate and efficient tracking of employee data
  • Develop and implement HR policies and procedures to align with organizational goals
  • Provide guidance and support to employees and managers on HR-related matters
  • Coordinate and manage employee benefits programs, ensuring timely communication and updates
  • Facilitate training sessions and workshops to promote attention to detail in development and compliance

Requirements

  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in human resources management or a related role
  • Strong knowledge of HRIS systems and their application in managing employee information
  • Proficiency in handling employee relations and resolving workplace conflicts
  • Demonstrated expertise in benefits administration and compliance
  • Fluency in Spanish is required to effectively communicate with diverse teams
  • Excellent organizational and communication skills
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information appropriately
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field preferred
