We are looking for an experienced Human Resources (HR) Manager to join our team in Fort Collins, Colorado. This role is ideal for an individual with a strong background in employee relations, HR administration, and benefits management. The successful candidate will play a pivotal role in ensuring efficient HR operations and fostering a positive workplace culture.
Job Responsibility:
Oversee daily HR operations, including employee relations, benefits administration, and compliance with labor laws
Manage the onboarding process to ensure new hires transition smoothly into the organization
Administer and maintain HRIS systems to ensure accurate and efficient tracking of employee data
Develop and implement HR policies and procedures to align with organizational goals
Provide guidance and support to employees and managers on HR-related matters
Coordinate and manage employee benefits programs, ensuring timely communication and updates
Facilitate training sessions and workshops to promote attention to detail in development and compliance
Collaborate with leadership to address workforce needs and improve overall employee satisfaction
Handle sensitive employee issues with confidentiality and care
Monitor and analyze HR metrics to identify trends and make recommendations for improvement
Requirements:
Minimum of 3 years of experience in human resources management or a related role
Strong knowledge of HRIS systems and their application in managing employee information
Proficiency in handling employee relations and resolving workplace conflicts
Demonstrated expertise in benefits administration and compliance
Fluency in Spanish is required to effectively communicate with diverse teams
Excellent organizational and communication skills
Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information appropriately
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field preferred
