Human Resources (HR) Manager

• Supervise the full cycle of recruitment, from job posting to onboarding contract/contract staff
• Administer the benefits, ensuring all employees are informed about their benefits package
• Manage employee relations, acting as a mediator to resolve any issues and maintain a positive work environment
• Supervise orientations, ensuring all new members are properly introduced to the company and its policies
• Ensure compliance with all local, state, and federal laws and regulations related to HR
• Back up to process payroll, ensuring all employees are paid accurately and promptly
• Supervise the onboarding process, ensuring new hires are smoothly integrated into the company.

• Minimum of 7 years of experience in a Human resources role, with 3+ as a manager or HRBP
• Proven expertise in compliance and regulations related to human resources
• Strong background in managing and improving employee relations
• Experience in benefits administration, including health insurance, retirement plans, and other benefits
• Proficiency in managing full cycle payroll processing
• Demonstrated success in full cycle recruiting, from job posting to onboarding
• Skilled in conducting comprehensive onboarding programs for new staff
• Experience in planning and executing orientations for new staff
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
• Bilingual skills in Spanish a plus
• Bachelor’s degree in Human resources or related field is preferred.
