Serve as the primary HR Business Partner for designated business units, ensuring alignment between people strategies and organizational goals
Provide strategic HR leadership for diverse, multi-location teams, addressing key areas like performance management, employee engagement, and retention
Act as the main escalation point for employee relations matters, offering guidance on policies, programs, and risk mitigation
Collaborate with leadership to address employee relations issues, including performance management, talent development, and conflict resolution
Offer proactive coaching and counsel to leaders, ensuring effective decision-making and consistent application of HR policies
Lead investigations into employee relations concerns, assessing risks and determining appropriate actions in compliance with legal and organizational standards
Partner with leaders on workforce planning and organizational initiatives such as succession planning, change management, and leadership development
Drive team effectiveness by implementing strategies that enhance collaboration and resolve conflicts
Support HR systems and processes, including onboarding, benefits administration, and HRIS management
Ensure compliance with all legal and organizational HR standards while balancing employee experience and business needs
Requirements
Proven experience in HR management, including employee relations and policy implementation
Strong knowledge of HR systems and processes, such as onboarding, benefits administration, and HRIS
Expertise in handling complex employee relations issues and conducting investigations
Ability to develop and execute strategies for workforce planning, leadership development, and succession planning
Excellent interpersonal and conflict resolution skills, with a focus on team effectiveness
Demonstrated ability to align HR strategies with organizational goals and priorities
Familiarity with change management and proactive risk mitigation initiatives
Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
