We are on the lookout for a dedicated Human Resources (HR) Generalist in Henderson, Nevada. The individual will be at the forefront of our HR operations, from maintaining accurate employee records to managing recruitment efforts and administering employee benefit programs. This role is pivotal to our organization and serves as a link between employees and management.
Job Responsibility:
Accurately input data into ADP Workforce Now, including employee hires, terminations, and changes
Collaborate closely with Payroll to ensure a seamless transition of all ADP Workforce Now data entries and document transitions within the required timeframe
Oversee recruitment operations for the designated location, which includes job postings, pre-screening resumes, scheduling interviews, conducting interviews, performing reference checks, and executing background checks as necessary
Draft various letters such as Employment Offers, Employment Agreements, and Employee Changes for review by the VP of Human Resources as required
Supervise the benefit programs for the assigned business units, which includes enrolling and terminating employees as well as tracking enrollment dates
Assist in administering the US Benefit Open Enrollment process, ensuring all documents are accurate and completed within the required timeframe
Implement the Employee Referral Bonus Program and/or other HR programs
Aid the HR Business Partners with the onboarding and offboarding procedures, ensuring all steps are completed within the assigned timeframe
Maintain all HR employee files and documents for the assigned business units in the HR drive and ADP Workforce Now
Undertake other related duties and special department projects, such as audits, as needed and assigned
Requirements:
Minimum of 2 years experience as a Human Resources Generalist or similar role
Proficient in using ADP Workforce Now software
Strong understanding and application of Benefit Functions
Excellent Communication skills, both verbal and written
Knowledge of Compliance within the HR field
Proven experience in Employee Relations management
Familiarity with Hiring Processes including recruitment and selection
Experience in Onboarding new employees effectively
Proficiency in e-Recruitment platforms and digital hiring tools
