Job Responsibility

  • Serve as a first point of contact for routine employee questions, clarify where requests should be directed, and help route issues to the appropriate HR resource
  • Coordinate calendars for exit interviews, onboarding follow-ups, and other employee meetings, ensuring participants are informed and schedules stay on track
  • Enter and maintain personnel information in HR systems, including updates related to terminations, reporting changes, position setup, and job detail revisions
  • Organize severance agreements, employment contracts, and related documentation within shared tracking tools so records remain accurate, current, and easy to retrieve
  • Monitor document status and key dates, such as renewals, signatures, and payout milestones, and help maintain clear reporting around agreement activity
  • Support cleanup and filing projects by consolidating performance and employee-related records and preparing materials for placement in the appropriate files
  • Provide administrative support for learning, development, and employee experience programs, including meeting logistics, training coordination, and event planning assistance
  • Assist with company engagement initiatives by helping organize communications, materials, vendors, and schedules for activities and special events
  • Create and update practical support resources such as FAQs, process guides, and job aids to improve consistency in employee and manager communications
  • Contribute to additional HR projects as needed, including seasonal initiatives such as benefits open enrollment support

Requirements

  • 2+ years of experience in HR coordination, administrative support, or a related office support role
  • Familiarity with human resources processes such as employee documentation, HR compliance support, background checks, or HRIS data maintenance
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to track multiple requests, documents, and deadlines with accuracy
  • Clear verbal and written communication skills, with confidence interacting with employees, managers, and cross-functional partners
  • Experience coordinating meetings, managing calendars, and handling scheduling details in a workplace setting
  • Comfort working with digital tools and systems, including HR platforms, shared document repositories, and electronic signature software
  • High attention to detail, sound problem-solving ability, and a proactive approach to handling questions and administrative tasks
  • Positive, service-oriented mindset with the ability to represent the HR team in employee-facing interactions
