We are looking for an organized Human Resources (HR) Assistant to support a organization in Ewing, New Jersey. This Long-term Contract position will focus on maintaining accurate training documentation and providing day-to-day administrative support for HR operations. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, comfortable working with HR systems, and able to help keep employee records and onboarding materials current.
Job Responsibility
Upload and organize employee training documents within the HR information system, ensuring records are complete and easy to access
Review submitted files for accuracy, consistency, and proper formatting before adding them to internal platforms
Provide administrative support for HR activities related to employee onboarding and documentation management
Assist with maintaining up-to-date personnel records while following established confidentiality standards
Coordinate with team members to gather missing training materials and confirm document completion
Help monitor document workflows and follow up on outstanding items to support timely processing
Support employee relations and general HR administration tasks as needed by the department
Requirements
Prior experience in human resources administration or a related support role
Familiarity with HRIS platforms and the ability to manage digital employee records accurately
Experience supporting onboarding processes and handling HR documentation
Understanding of employee relations practices and the importance of confidentiality
Strong attention to detail with the ability to organize a high volume of information
Effective written and verbal communication skills for working with internal stakeholders
Ability to manage priorities independently in a fast-paced environment
