Requirements:
Previous experience in human resources administration or a closely related administrative support role
Familiarity with HRIS platforms and comfort working with digital employee records and documentation
Working knowledge of onboarding procedures, background checks, and general HR support activities
Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
Effective verbal and written communication skills with a detail-focused and service-oriented approach
High level of discretion when handling sensitive employee information
Willingness to learn new processes and adapt to changing team needs
