We are looking for a detail-oriented Human Resources (HR) Assistant to join our team on a long-term contract basis in Englewood, Colorado. This part-time role offers a dynamic opportunity to support various HR functions, including administrative tasks, data management, and coordination with internal teams. The ideal candidate will possess strong organizational skills, a keen eye for accuracy, and the ability to handle confidential information with professionalism.
Job Responsibility:
Manage onboarding and offboarding processes, ensuring accurate documentation and smooth transitions
Process and synthesize data from health and welfare invoices, pulling reports and reconciling information across multiple systems
Collaborate with payroll and accounting teams on payments, reports, and other financial-related tasks
Facilitate submissions for compliance requirements such as disability claims and EEO1 data collection
Post job openings on platforms like LinkedIn and assist in recruitment-related tasks
Support quarterly audits by providing requested documentation, updating organizational charts, and ensuring compliance with local regulations
Launch training initiatives for subsidiaries using vendor portals, tracking progress, and maintaining detailed records
Act as a point of contact for employee inquiries, following up on questions and providing timely resolutions
Handle travel-related reporting and other administrative duties with precision
Work closely with vendor portals to gather and analyze data for reporting and invoicing purposes
Requirements:
Minimum of 2 years of experience in administrative or HR-related roles
Proven ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion
Strong proficiency in Excel and ability to create and analyze reports
Familiarity with HRIS systems and processes, including onboarding and employee relations
Exceptional attention to detail and ability to identify discrepancies in data
Capacity to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced, detail-oriented environment
Solid understanding of basic accounting principles and experience processing invoices
Background in HR or interest in pursuing a career in human resources is preferred
