We are looking for a detail-oriented Human Resources (HR) Assistant to support daily HR operations in Englewood, Colorado. This is a Contract position with a 60-day assignment focused on handling employee support requests and processing HR transactions in Dayforce. The ideal candidate can work independently, manage a steady volume of tasks, and maintain accurate records while delivering responsive service to employees and stakeholders.
Job Responsibility
Independently manage an assigned queue of HR requests in Dayforce and bring each case to resolution in a timely manner
Process employee lifecycle activities such as onboarding setup, separation tasks, and timekeeping-related support
Review incoming requests for accuracy and completeness to ensure prompt handling within established service expectations
Use Dayforce to complete transactions, research issues, and resolve system-related questions tied to HR support activities
Maintain accurate employee data and follow established HR guidelines, documentation standards, and compliance requirements
Communicate clearly with employees and other stakeholders to provide updates, gather needed information, and resolve concerns
Monitor daily ticket volume and prioritize work effectively during peak seasonal activity
Support screening and HR administrative processes as needed to keep operations running smoothly
Requirements
At least 1 year of hands-on experience using Dayforce, including transaction processing and system navigation
Previous experience in HR administration with exposure to onboarding, offboarding, and employee support activities
Ability to work independently and manage a personal workload with minimal supervision
Strong attention to detail and commitment to maintaining accurate records
Effective verbal and written communication skills for interacting with employees and business partners
Familiarity with HRIS platforms and confidence handling high-volume ticket-based work
Proficiency with Microsoft office tools used for day-to-day administrative tasks
