You will join Credit Agricole CIB Spain. You will support the HR Team in recruitment, training and development and in their daily activities, which include : - Assist in the execution of the payroll: preparation of necessary documentation such as benefits in kind reports. - Regular updates of HR employee databases (Local Access, Mercure II and MyDev) as needed and monthly audit. - Cooperate with Local Head of HR in the implementation of all Head Office and local projects. - Training: support managing different types of courses/ seminars/ lectures and with training public subsidies for employees (FORCEM) - Support with trainee and junior recruitment process (Approvals from Head Office, publication of offers, research of potential candidates, selection, interviews, university job fairs, head hunters and strict follow up of closing process) - Support with HR Administration, Comp & Benefit: accounting of medical and life insurance, extract training needs per Business Lines, business cards, parking and lunch tickets, follow up of appraisals, HO Reports, Resignation, litigation, severance. - HR service to other Credit Agricole Group entities in Spain.

Requirements
Be less than 28 years
Be graduated of Master Degree
Be EU citizens – EXCEPT Spanish
Postgraduate of a Master degree from an University, a Business School with a specialization in Human Resources
Good knowledge of MS Office tools
Ability to liaise with numerous departments
Knowledge in labour regulation, administration of payroll would be an asset
Fluent English is required
Fairly knowledge of French is desirable
Ability to communicate clearly and easily
Ability to analyse and summarise
Rigour and sense of organisation
Apprehension of results and priorities

Nice to have
A previous experience in HR could be a plus
