We are seeking a motivated HR Generalist. In this role, you will play a vital part in maintaining and developing programs that attract and retain top-tier talent. You will partner directly with management teams to align HR services with departmental needs and ensure full compliance with employment legislation and internal policies. This is an office-based position that offers the opportunity to manage diverse HR duties across functional areas, including compensation, benefits, and employee relations.
Job Responsibility:
Manage the recruitment process by posting job ads, organizing applications, and supporting hiring managers through the selection process
Lead new hire orientations to introduce company culture and policies, ensuring a smooth transition for new employees
Serve as a primary contact for employee queries related to benefits, payroll, and leaves
Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records within HR systems
Ensure HR policies are consistently followed and assist in updating them as necessary
Assist in special projects involving research, program development, and presentations
Facilitate exit interviews and manage the return of company property
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field (or international equivalent)
Typically requires 2+ years of relevant HR experience
A CHRP designation is preferred (or actively working toward it)
Ability to perform sedentary work and travel overnight less than 10% of the time
