The Human Resources Generalist is an integral team member responsible for supporting day-to-day HR operations, ensuring smooth and compliant processes across recruiting, onboarding, benefit administration, HRIS management, and employee relations. This role plays a key part in advancing organizational goals, elevating employee experience, and driving continuous improvement in HR procedures to foster a thriving, engaged workforce.
Job Responsibility:
Administer and manage employee benefits programs, ensuring compliance with company policies and regulatory requirements
Coordinate employee onboarding, including documentation, orientation, and initial training support to deliver a seamless new employee experience
Maintain and update HRIS records, ensuring accurate and confidential management of employee data
Conduct recruitment activities—post jobs, screen candidates, coordinate interviews, and facilitate offer processes—partnering with hiring managers to attract top talent
Support performance management cycles, including annual reviews, feedback processes, and employee development initiatives
Assist with employee relations by addressing concerns and promoting positive workplace culture in alignment with company values
Drive continuous improvement within HR processes, contributing to projects and initiatives as needed
Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
2+ years of relevant HR experience, with exposure to benefit administration, onboarding, HRIS, and recruiting preferred
Technical proficiency in HRIS platforms (such as Workday) and Microsoft Office suite
Strong communication, critical thinking, adaptability, and emotional intelligence
Ability to manage multiple priorities effectively, solve problems, and maintain confidentiality in sensitive HR matters
