Job Responsibility:
Administer day-to-day HR functions, including onboarding, benefits enrollment, and personnel records management
Advise staff and managers on HR policies, procedures, and best practices
Support recruitment, talent acquisition, and retention initiatives
Support employee relations, conflict resolution, performance management, and engagement activities
Coordinate training, development programs, and compliance-related initiatives
Maintain HRIS and ensure confidentiality of sensitive employee information
Ensure compliance with local, state, and federal labor regulations
Assist with payroll and leave administration
Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field (or equivalent experience)
2+ years of HR generalist or related experience, preferably in a nonprofit environment
Working knowledge of employment law and HR best practices
Strong communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills
Proficiency in HRIS and MS Office Suite
