Our client is seeking a knowledgeable and proactive Human Resources Generalist to support day-to-day HR operations and help foster a positive employee experience across the organization.
Job Responsibility:
Support a broad range of HR functions, including employee relations, onboarding, benefits administration, and policy implementation
Assist with recruitment efforts, interview coordination, and new hire orientation
Maintain employee records and ensure HR data accuracy within HRIS systems
Help administer performance management processes and employee development initiatives
Respond to employee questions regarding HR policies, procedures, and benefits
Support compliance efforts and maintain confidential personnel documentation
Partner with leadership and staff to promote a positive and inclusive workplace culture
Requirements:
2+ years of experience in human resources or a related administrative role
Strong understanding of HR practices, employment policies, and employee relations
Experience with onboarding, benefits administration, and HRIS systems
Excellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills
Ability to handle sensitive information with discretion and professionalism
Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field preferred
