Our team is looking for a motivated and experienced Human Resources (HR) Generalist to contribute to our fast-paced and collaborative environment. In this role, you’ll provide essential support across all areas of HR, including recruiting, employee relations, performance management, training, benefits, and compliance. Job Responsibility:
Serve as a point of contact for employees and managers regarding HR policies, procedures, and compliance matters
Support the recruitment process by posting jobs, screening candidates, coordinating interviews, and assisting with onboarding new hires
Address employee relations issues promptly and professionally, ensuring alignment with company standards and employment laws
Oversee performance management activities such as goal-setting, performance reviews, and guidance on career development
Organize and facilitate employee training sessions to enhance skills and further organizational objectives
Assist with benefits administration, including employee enrollment, updates, and responding to benefits-related inquiries
Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records while ensuring compliance with all relevant employment regulations
Participate in developing and rolling out HR initiatives and programs to advance organizational goals
Provide support for payroll processes and ensure accurate documentation related to employee compensation
Work with the HR leadership team to implement employee engagement initiatives and company events
Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related area
At least 2 years of professional experience in an HR generalist or similar human resources role
In-depth knowledge of employment laws and HR regulations
Strong relationship-building, interpersonal, and problem-solving abilities
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Able to manage multiple priorities and maintain organized records and processes
