Job Responsibility
Provide day-to-day guidance to employees and managers on HR policies and procedures
Assist with employee relations matters while maintaining confidentiality
Prepare employment documentation including promotions, transfers, and compensation changes
Support benefits administration and leave management
Maintain accurate employee records within the HRIS system
Coordinate interviews and candidate communications
Prepare offer letters and onboarding paperwork
Facilitate new hire orientation and onboarding schedules
Partner with hiring managers throughout the hiring process
Requirements
3+ years of Human Resources Generalist experience
Working knowledge of California employment laws
Experience with HRIS platforms such as ADP, UKG, Paylocity, or BambooHR
Strong Microsoft Office skills, particularly Excel
PHR or SHRM certification is highly desirable
Excellent interpersonal, organizational, and communication skills
