Robert Half is looking for a Human Resources Generalist to support a growing organization in the Spokane market. This role offers the opportunity to be hands-on across multiple HR functions while partnering closely with leadership and employees.
Job Responsibility
Support day-to-day HR operations including employee relations, onboarding, and offboarding
Administer HR policies, procedures, and compliance initiatives
Assist with recruitment efforts including coordinating interviews and managing candidate communication
Maintain and update employee records within HRIS systems
Support benefits administration and answer employee questions regarding coverage and enrollment
Partner with leadership on performance management and employee development initiatives
Assist with payroll preparation and ensure accuracy of employee data and timekeeping
Help ensure compliance with federal, state, and local employment laws
Requirements
3+ years of experience in an HR role doing multiple functions (employee relations, onboarding, benefits, or payroll)
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
ability to handle sensitive information with discretion
Experience with HRIS or payroll systems
Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel and Outlook
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
Nice to have
Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business, or related field preferred
