We’re searching for an experienced and motivated Human Resources Generalist to join our HR team. In this role, you’ll play a key part in day-to-day HR operations and ensure a positive employee experience. You’ll partner across departments to support recruitment, onboarding, benefits administration, compliance, employee relations, and more.
Job Responsibility:
Administer HR processes including employee onboarding, offboarding, and benefits enrollment
Provide guidance to employees and management on company policies and HR best practices
Support full-cycle recruitment: posting jobs, screening, scheduling, and coordinating interviews
Maintain accurate HR records and employee files in compliance with federal, state, and local regulations
Assist in the implementation and communication of HR policies and initiatives
Help manage employee relations issues, conduct investigations as needed, and respond to employee concerns
Coordinate training programs and identify opportunities for staff development
Ensure compliance with labor laws and company standards
Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field preferred
2+ years of experience in an HR generalist or coordinator role
Knowledge of employment laws and HR best practices
Excellent interpersonal, communication, and problem-solving skills
Proficiency with HRIS systems and Microsoft Office Suite
Highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple priorities
Nice to have:
PHR or SHRM-CP certification a plus
