Job Responsibility:
Process and manage legal documents and forms related to HR operations
Conduct thorough background checks for new team members and ensure compliance with organizational policies
Administer employee benefits programs, including enrollment and updates
Draft and handle legal correspondence, ensuring all communication aligns with regulations
Support daily HR administrative tasks such as recordkeeping and policy implementation
Collaborate with team members to address employee inquiries and concerns effectively
Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records in compliance with legal standards
Assist in developing and implementing HR policies and procedures
Ensure compliance with local, state, and federal employment laws and regulations
Provide guidance to employees regarding HR-related issues and benefit options
Requirements:
Proven experience in human resources administration and related functions
Knowledge of legal forms and correspondence within HR processes
Familiarity with conducting background checks and maintaining compliance
Strong understanding of employee benefit programs and administration
