Premium Health is seeking an experienced Human Resources Generalist to support onboarding, benefits administration, compliance, and employee relations. This role is central to creating a positive, compliant, and engaging workplace culture and serves as a key point of contact for staff and leadership.
Job Responsibility:
Lead onboarding, orientation, and offboarding processes
Administer employee benefits, open enrollment, and leave programs (FMLA, ADA, STD)
Serve as a primary resource for employee relations and HR inquiries
Ensure compliance with federal and state labor laws (OSHA, HIPAA, EEO)
Maintain accurate HR records and HRIS systems (ADP Workforce)
Support performance management, investigations, and terminations
Assist with employee engagement initiatives and HR programs
Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field
5+ years of HR experience, preferably in healthcare
Strong knowledge of employment laws and HR best practices
Experience with benefits administration and employee relations
Excellent organizational, communication, and multitasking skills
Proficiency with HRIS systems and Microsoft Office
